Return & Refund Policy

Order Changes Before Dispatch We process orders quickly to get your gear on the road. If you realize you have made a mistake with your order, please email us immediately at contact@rachael-writer-editor.info. We will do our absolute best to amend or cancel the order before it leaves the warehouse. However, because orders are processed rapidly, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order is placed. If the item has already been processed for shipping, our standard 30-day return policy will apply.

Australian Consumer Law Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product you purchase from us has a major defect or does not do what it is supposed to do, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

30-Day Returns (Change of Mind & Incorrect Orders) We know that sometimes you might order the wrong gear or simply change your mind once you see it. We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your item arrives.

To be eligible for a refund, the returned product must be well-packaged and sent back in its original, unused condition. Please note:

  • The buyer is responsible for the return postage costs.

  • The original postage cost is non-refundable.

Faulty Goods or Damaged in Transit We stand by the gear we sell. If you receive a faulty product, or if your item is damaged during courier transit, please contact us immediately so we can make it right. We will arrange a replacement for you, and we will cover all return and resend postage costs for damaged or faulty items.

Shipping & Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an order confirmation and a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel's journey.
